If we choose to only participate in the training are additional services needed to see business growth?
It is your choice on what you would like to do following the training. Many organizations are happy with just the training as it makes a difference in key areas while others advance into other programs available. These programs include a very affordable four to twelve week coaching program with business and marketing tools; individual and executive coaching; mentorship programs; advanced training for staff; and marketing assistance. 

Will you be providing a networking group to have on-going conversations with each other and Summit members? 
This is currently under serious consideration. Our goal is to introduce new business tools and training that supports our members in growing their practices profitably. Based on the interest, our next step will be to provide learning forums for non-competitive network groups with similar interests and demographics.

How long will it take until we see results?
Internal results of employee satisfaction and motivation level increases are often seen within a one to four week period. Financial results are usually seen within a three to six month period and large (double-digit) growth figures within approximately one year depending on the size and specifics of your company.
