CONSULTING SERVICES:

There are two types of consulting services provided by The Summit Group. The first program is a highly customized program focused on organizations with annual revenues of approximately $500,000 and greater. This program consists of hands-on analysis of the business; recommendations for how to achieve the next level of business goals and implementing these recommendations in key areas together to ensure measurable results are achieved.

The second consulting arrangement is a customized package that includes all forms and processes required to meet client business needs for growth to the next level.

There is a suggested timeline for implementing each step and chart with actions and ownership accountability is also included to ensure the success of the program.

A Summit team motivator is available once per week for up to 3 months to provide training on the package, to make sure actions are on track, to answer questions, and provide session coaching that addresses real-life situations.
