TRAINING PROGRAMS:

The MBA training program is structured to grow our client’s business results and provide awareness of their unique solutions in their industries. The Summit Group provides business training with participant involvement in real life situations.  This business education provides the foundation for all employees, inclusive of senior executives, to grow to the next level of business in their organizations.

The Summit Group provides a variety of forums for the dissemination of the training: formal class room training, speaking engagements, keynotes, seminars, mentorship group sessions and individual coaching. 

The classroom courses consist of unique programs that are guided by a certified Summit instructor. During the training, students will participate in hands-on exercises that mirror real-world situations. This experiential learning methodology has proven to have direct success in positively impacting bottom line business results and organization transformation.

Speaking engagements, keynotes and seminars are provided for those interested in an abbreviated version of the key courses that Summit provides.  These forums provide for key business tips while still focusing on the highest possible degree of participant involvement.

Group mentorship sessions and individual coaching sessions are provided for those interested in taking the training to the next level.  A Summit certified trainer or coach works on a regular scheduled basis with one or more individuals to mentor on actual business situations.
